Our delivery times may vary depending on the availability of our items. It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks after the receipt of the payment, exceptionally 4 weeks. Our goal is to deliver you as quickly as possible, given the availability of our references at the time of your order.

Shipping
FRANCO DE PORT:
The free shipping is for orders over 550 € HT (the franc is only for France)
Shipments are always made in 'PAY SHIPPING', even orders under 550 €. It is necessary to count a fixed quantity obligatory for the parcels sent in "PORT DU" in addition to the shipping costs. Adding the shipping cost in the proforma will save you from paying the fixed amount required for shipping in "PORT DU."
Shipping costs for orders below 550H.T. will be paid at the same time as the order, adding them to the pro-forma invoice. Shipments will be made after receipt of payment.
An agreement between 'Ibor deco' and the French company 'Gefco' allows you to benefit from very competitive rates (the average fee for orders of 300 €, 400 € or 500 € can be 20 €, 25 €, 30 € according to weight, volume and cities).

If you receive broken objects, you must keep them imperatively. The carrier will pick them up. This is a requirement of the insurance. They need broken items for its refund.

Deadlines: you have 6 days maximum after receipt of the goods to send us an email with the notice of dispute. If the delay is exceeded, the broken objects can not be replaced.

For sale HT:
We need your VAT NUMBER INTRACOMMUNAUTAIRE, (this number is composed by the letters 'fr' plus 11 digits for France, IT for Italy ...).
The invoice will be paid without VAT, excluding taxes. Your invoice must be declared in your country.
Tax included
We need your SIRET number or tax identification number.
If you are exonerated from VAT, we will have to add to your bill the 21% VAT Spanish.
Any unpaid bills, arrears or checks will be penalized with an indemnity of between 8% and 15% of the sum due.
HOW TO ORDER OBJECTS OR MUEBLES IN RAW WOOD OR RESIN, IMPLIES THE ACCEPTANCE OF ALL OUR CONDITIONS OF SALE.
